Will a Hooded Fleece Jacket keep me warm?

Fleece is literally the best material in winter wear at the moment. Columbia is currently working on a new type of material that holds in your body heat, but at this point in time, when it comes to affordable wear that is going to keep you warm, a hooded fleece is the way to go.

Fleece jackets are warm and cozy and contain exceptional insulation properties designed to keep your body heat close to your body instead of releasing it into the air. Unlike cotton, fleece absorbs minimal water, is very soft and comfortable to touch, and contains a ridiculous warmth to weight ratio.

Fleece jackets all have different weights, in most jackets they use a medium-weight fleece, but other weights include microfleece, which we see in those Snuggy type products. You can also find 100-weigfht fleece. The jackets we sell here at the Hooded Fleece Jacket store are extremely effective in keeping you warm. The materials property to retain heat can’t be competed with.

We’ve been in the business of winter gear for a while now, and every year we pretty say the same thing. North Face has our pick of the best jacket, they were the best pick in 2009 and now again in 2010. North Face has been making the fleece jacket since 1968 and was started in San Francisco by Douglas Tomkins and Dick Klopp. They know there winter gear. Do you guys see all those little fleece fibers inside that hood in the picture to the left. Imagine those keeping you warm in this global warming weather.
